About this session
This session will focus on mental health and how you can access support when applying for roles. Fear of stigma, discrimination and recruitment-related stress may be aggravating your condition. This session will advise on the adjustments available and your rights to these, empowering you to be comfortable and confident to ask for what you need when applying for jobs.
The EmployAbility team will address the key issues, provide practical solutions, and answer any questions you may have (anonymously if you prefer). EmployAbility will also explain how they support you so that you can access the career you deserve with confidence.
