Module learning outcomes

Systematically analyse the fundamental principles of motion of free solid bodies and relative motion of various parts of interconnected systems

Critically evaluate the effect of forces upon the motion of mechanisms and robots.

Deploy the theoretical principles and methods for the modelling of the kinematics and dynamics of robotic systems.

Extend and apply the knowledge and underlying principles of 3D modelling of robotic systems into dynamic scenarios.
