Module learning outcomes
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and a critical understanding of international and/or comparative legal frameworks addressing indigenous and/or minority rights.
Demonstrate critical awareness of contemporary challenges in relation to the recognition and promotion of indigenous and/or minority rights, and different approaches to implementation
Apply this knowledge, understanding and awareness (LO1 and LO2) to their chosen case-study, demonstrating advanced independent research skills as well as the ability to present complex issues and phenomena with clarity and sophistication.
