If the computer has been switched off overnight, then it may be receiving and installing updates. Please remain patient during this process and the PC should return to working at a normal speed after a short while.
If poor performance continues, please contact AV support (for GTS Teaching space machines only) on 8022. For cluster or office machines, please use the appropriate fault-reporting form available on the red Help button.
