I keep getting a message asking if I would like to update Firefox or Firefox Add-ons. How can I stop this happening?

To prevent Firefox automatically checking for updates you will need to:-

• Open Firefox browser
• Click the Menu icon in the top right of the screen
• Click Preferences
• Click the Advanced icon
• Click the Update tab
• Under Firefox updates select Never check for updates
• Click OK

You should only have to do this once - the changes will remain even if you login on a different PC.
