RESOLVED: Sussex Mobile App Timetable currently not working - Monday 20 January

We are aware that the Sussex Mobile App is not working and have raised this with our supplier who is investigating as a matter of urgency
Please try using the online version of the app, sussex.ac.uk/mobile or access the information you need in Sussex Direct
We apologise for the inconvenience this unexpected outage is causing

Please note that it is the Timetable tile in Sussex Mobile that has stopped working. All other tiles in the app as working as expected. Students will need to either login to Sussex Direct to see their timetable until we resolve the issue, or use the web version of the app on phones .

We are pleased to report the issue with Sussex Mobile timetable is now resolved. You will need to update your app to the latest version with the relevant bug fix to correct the Timetable issues experienced earlier this week.
The latest version of the app in both Google and Apple stores is version 11.22.1
