Spring teaching

On this module, you’ll build on the knowledge and skills acquired in the Tort Law 1 module, engaging with additional key elements and principles of tort law. While the focus is primarily on the law in England and Wales, you’ll also explore other jurisdictions and the socio-political context of tort law where relevant.

Contact hours and workload

This module is approximately 150 hours of work. This breaks down into about 27 hours of contact time and about 123 hours of independent study. The University may make minor variations to the contact hours for operational reasons, including timetabling requirements.
